Product information "Dermaroller from mccosmetics"

Dermaroller for microneedling

Are you looking for a dermaroller for microneedling? Then you've come to the right place, because at microneedling.tips you'll find quality dermarollers from mccosmetics.

In addition to the dermaroller, you will find everything you need for an effective and successful microneedling treatment with a dermaroller at microneedling.tips. But more on that later.

What is a dermaroller?

The dermaroller consists of a handle with a movable roller attached to the end. This roller is fitted with a large number of ultra-fine microneedles.

The Dermaroller is rolled over the areas of skin to be treated with the moving roller. In order to treat the skin area intensively, the dermaroller is moved in different directions - ideally horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

Depending on the length of the needle, this process allows the ultra-fine microneedles to penetrate the skin almost imperceptibly, creating microperforations known as puncture channels or microchannels.

What does a microneedling dermaroller do?

When you roll the dermaroller over the skin, small puncture channels are created as described above.

This deliberate injury to the skin causes the skin to carry out various processes.

One of these processes is the skin's self-healing process, whereby the skin attempts to regenerate itself.

In addition to the formation of the body's own hyaluron, elastin and collagen, new skin cells and tiny blood vessels are formed.

This leads to the alleviation of many skin problems such as wrinkles, pigmentation disorders and even scars.

The positive effects on the skin triggered by the skin's self-healing process can be significantly increased and optimised by introducing active ingredients via the puncture channels.

These active ingredients are applied to the skin with the help of so-called microneedling serums before treatment with the dermaroller so that they can be introduced into the skin via the puncture channels during treatment with the roller.

Working as sterile as possible and the exclusive use of sterile microneedling serums is a must!

What advantages does a dermaroller treatment offer the skin?

To summarise, treatment with the dermaroller offers you the following benefits:

  • Treatment of many different skin problems
  • Regeneration of the skin
  • Formation of the body's own hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin
  • In contrast to ablative cosmetic procedures, the skin becomes thicker and more resistant
  • Thicker skin is better able to retain moisture
  • Significant and lasting improvement in the appearance of the skin
  • Minimal downtime
  • Few side effects
  • No injection necessary
  • Transdermal transport of active ingredients

For which skin problems is a dermaroller treatment useful?

Dermaroller treatments can be carried out on the facial skin as well as on different parts of the body. These include the décolleté, shoulders, back, stomach, arms, buttocks and thighs.

For the optimal success of your microneedling treatment with the dermaroller, the right choice of suitable serum is also of great importance. Below you will find some suggestions for suitable serums.

Sterile Seren für Dermaroller oder Dermapen

Microneedling with the dermaroller for wrinkles

Wrinkle treatment is definitely the most common reason for using a dermaroller.

Dry skin, which is particularly prone to wrinkling, can be treated well by adding active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and collagen.

Microneedling with a dermaroller also makes the skin slightly thicker, which enables it to store more moisture.

This ability of the skin to store moisture is very important, as it makes the skin slightly plumper.

It is precisely this effect that makes fine lines and wrinkles disappear. To treat wrinkles, it is best to use the following different microneedling serums:

For prevention and the first signs of wrinkles

In the case of expression lines, however, the aim is also to relax the muscles. Therefore, use either the Argireline 7 Serum from mccosmetics or the AgeKilling Cocktail fromUtsukusy Cosmetics for microneedling treatment of expression lines.

Microneedling with the dermaroller for oily skin

However, not only dry skin, but also oily skin in particular, can achieve outstanding results with the use of specially designed microneedling serums such as the Oily Skin Serum from Utsukusy Cosmetics.

This is because oily skin is often associated with the formation of spots and a tendency to acne, as well as unsightly large pores.

Microneedling with the dermaroller for scars

When treating scars with a dermaroller, you need to differentiate between different types of scars.

Atrophic scars, i.e. sunken scars, which are often found in acne scars, are generally easy to treat.

Use the scar serum from Utsukusy Cosmetics, as well as the Hyal Filler and the Plasma Skin EGF serums from Utsukusy. The Plasma Skin EGF Serums include the Blood Skin Serum and the Plasma Skin Serum. These two serums are the only microneedling serums from Utsukusy that can be used together.

You should be extremely careful when treating hypertrophic scars and keloids, as microneedling can even lead to a worsening of the scar appearance with this type of scar. It is therefore essential that you seek advice from a dermatologist.

Microneedling with the dermaroller for pigmentation spots

You should also familiarise yourself with the different types of pigmentation spots.

Moles, for example, should never be treated with microneedling. Vitiligo, the white spot disease, is, as its name suggests, a disease and the treatment of skin diseases belongs in the repertoire of a dermatologist.

Pigment spots, which are usually caused by UV radiation, are very treatable. This also includes so-called age spots, which are often found on the back of the hand.

When treating pigmentation spots, you should also use specially designed sterile serums such as the depigmentation serum from Utsukusy with the active ingredient Melavoid.

Serums with vitamins can also be very helpful in the dermaroller treatment of photo-ageing.

Microneedling with the dermaroller for sagging skin

Microneedling treatments with a dermaroller are also very effective for sagging skin, as the skin's self-healing process described above leads to the formation of the body's own collagen and elastin.

With the help of collagen, collagen fibres are formed, which are part of the supporting structure of our skin. The best way to support this process is with the sterile collagen serum and the firming serum fromUtsukusy.

Microneedling for stretch marks and stretch marks

Stretch marks, when they occur in connection with pregnancy, also known as stretch marks, are caused by stretching of the tissue in the subcutis, which can no longer withstand this stretching and tears.

Stretch marks are a type of scar that develops subcutaneously.

It has now been shown that certain cells migrate into the puncture channels created with the dermaroller and virtually fill them up again, and new tiny blood vessels are also formed, giving the stretch marks, which fade and turn white over time, a natural colour again.

For the treatment of stretch marks with a dermaroller, which must be repeated several times, we recommend the use of different sterile serums. These are the scar serum, the hyaluronic acid serum Hyal Filler with cross-linked hyaluronic acid and the collagen serum.

Microneedling with the dermaroller for cellulite

The subcutaneous fatty tissue is embedded in the connective tissue to protect against cold, bones and organs. If the connective tissue is weakened, it is no longer possible for the connective tissue to embed the subcutaneous fatty tissue evenly.

In places where this is no longer possible, small pockets of fat can push through, leading to the unloved skin appearance of celulite, also known as orange peel skin.

This brief explanation serves to explain the complex treatment required for a successful microneedling treatment.

The treatment of cellulite with a dermaroller is divided into three phases:

  1. Drainage of accumulated fluids
  2. Lipolysis of the fat deposits
  3. Tightening and strengthening of the connective tissue

Utsukusy Cosmetics has developed special microneedling serums for each of these three phases in order to treat cellulite effectively.

It is best to use the Ruscus Body Serum to drain the accumulated fluids. There are two serums for the fight against love handles.

One is the Caffeine Body Serum and the other is the L-Carnithine Body Serum. To strengthen and tighten the connective tissue, use the Silicon Body Serum.

You can find suggestions for the course of treatment at Utsukusy Cosmetics.

Microneedling for hair loss and improved hair growth

Microneedling with the dermaroller does not stop at the scalp and achieves really impressive results.

Microneedling the scalp takes two approaches. Firstly, the fight against hair loss and secondly, improved hair growth. The latter is also used in the desire for stronger beard growth.

Utsukusy Cosmetics has developed an entire product line called KAMI for this purpose. It consists of the KAMI Disinfectant Solution, the KAMI Scrub for scalp exfoliation, the KAMI Microneedling Serum for the scalp and the KAMI Shampoo. You can find information on the application at the end of our "Microneedling hair" section.

An interesting article on this in the Microneedling Journal:

10 questions you should ask yourself before your first microneedling treatment

Procedure of a microneedling dermaroller treatment

1. preparation for the dermaroller treatment

Before you start the dermaroller treatment, you should prepare everything you need for the treatment.

  • Gloves
  • Dermaroller cleaner
  • Dermaroller
  • A sterile microneedling serum suitable for the treatment target with a sterile syringe and needle for extracting the serum

2. preparation of the skin for the treatment

Thorough cleansing of the skin is essential to avoid infections.

3. microneedling with the dermaroller in combination with a serum

Once you have removed the needle from the syringe, apply the microneedling serum to the skin and spread it out. However, only treat a small area of skin at a time, e.g. one cheek.

Therefore, first apply the microneedling serum to only one cheek and work it into the skin with the microneedling roller. Then treat the other cheek and so on.

This procedure is necessary so that the serum does not dry out, but forms a film on the skin on which the dermaroller glides comfortably.

Continue in this way until you have treated the entire area of skin you want to treat with the dermaroller.

4. finalising the treatment

At the end of the treatment, we recommend a sterile face mask. You can decide whether you prefer to use a sheet mask or a cream mask ( Soothing Mask from Utsukusy Cosmetics).

Afterwards you should definitely apply a sun protection cream with SPF 50, alternatively you can also use the tinted day creams with SPF 50 from Utsukusy (CC Cream = light, EE Cream = medium, DD Cream = dark) to conceal any reddening of the skin.
