Active ingredients of Tranex White Cream

The cream with tranexamic acid contains other valuable active ingredients:

• Tranexamic acid:
  Tranexamic acid, discovered by the Japanese doctor Utako Okamoto in 1962, is used medically to improve blood clotting. In cosmetics, it acts as a depigmenting agent that prevents and treats blemishes. It acts directly on melanocytes to prevent the formation of pigmentation spots, interrupts the inflammatory process in keratinocytes and reduces the excessive vascularisation that occurs with hyperpigmentation, e.g. melasma. Tranexamic acid also helps to reduce redness caused by sensitivity and protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and UV rays.

• Niacinamide (vitamin B3):
  Niacinamide is a water-soluble vitamin extracted from plant roots and yeasts. Niacinamide improves skin tone, combats dark spots and is particularly effective in combination with other depigmenting agents. It stimulates collagen and elastin production, which reduces wrinkles and fine lines. As an antioxidant, it protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and repairs UV damage. It also strengthens the skin barrier and moisturises by promoting the production of ceramides and fatty acids, and soothes redness and irritation, making it particularly suitable for sensitive and irritated skin. It regulates sebum production and helps with oily skin and acne.

• Superox C:
  This active ingredient is extracted from the Kakadu plum, an Australian superfruit and richest source of vitamin C. It provides a strong antioxidant effect, improves skin tone and gives the skin a radiant, healthy appearance.

How to use the face cream with tranexamic acid

• PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION:
  Apply after the mask with a gentle, upward massage.

• DAILY APPLICATION: (morning and evening)

1. Cleanse your face of impurities and make-up.
2. Apply Bijin Facial Cleansing Cream and remove with water.
3. Apply the serum to the face, neck and décolleté.
4. Apply the cream with a gentle, upward massage.
